BLUEBERRY CRISP 
4 c. blueberries (fresh) or sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Spread above ingredients in 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter

Cut topping ingredients until coarse; then drop over fruit in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
