BBQ BEEF SANDWICH 
4 or 5 lb. Spencer cut or English cut
Onion, celery, green pepper; enough to make 2 cups
1 can Hunts Special Sauce, without herbs
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 c. vinegar
A dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder

Cook roast in 350 degree oven for 3 1/2 hour or until it falls apart. Take meat away from bone or fat, after it cools. In a cup, measure 2 cups of the onion, celery, green pepper and put in mixing bowl. Then add all the remaining ingredients. Cook in saucepan on low heat until vegetables are done; add this to shredded meat; simmer 10 minutes. Use hamburger buns. This is a Southern Barbeque Sauce.
