BANANA BREAD II 
1 pkg. Fearn banana cake mix (available in health food stores)
1 pkg. Butter Buds
1/2 c. honey
2 mashed bananas
2 egg whites
1/3 c. rice milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Butter Buds and honey. Add bananas and egg whites; mix again. Add contents of cake mix and rice milk alternately, ending with mix. Add nuts and stir until uniform. Turn into a 1 pound loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes. (After 30 minutes, loosely place a sheet of foil over top of bread to prevent crust from browning excessively.)
