CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground meat
6 slices processed American cheese
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Combine eggs, milk, garlic salt, pepper, onion, rice and meat. Mix thoroughly. Press about 1/2 of mixture into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Place cheese on meat. Spread remaining mixture on cheese, being certain cheese is completely covered.

Spoon barbeque over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until meat is done. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
