PRUNE TARTS 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 c. flour
Lekvar prune butter

Combine softened butter and cream cheese. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Roll dough into approximately 2 inch squares. Place 1 teaspoon prune butter in center and fold corners to center and pinch together. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
