SPINACH-SWISS CHEESE SALAD 
Use glass pan, 9 x 13 inch.

1 pkg. spinach, fresh
Sprinkle salt, pepper and sugar
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 jar bacon bits or 1/2 lb. crisp bacon, broken up
Sprinkle salt, pepper and sugar again
10 oz. pkg. frozen tiny peas, thawed but not cooked
1/2 red onion, sliced thin or chopped

1/2 qt. lite mayonnaise - overall to frost it

Sprinkle 1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese

Saran wrap

Put in refrigerator at least 24 hours ahead.
