1/2 c. butter
1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. finely chopped zucchini
1/2 - 3/4 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, mixing well. Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake for 45 minutes.
