1 pkg. honey date muffin mix
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. Jiffy white or caramel frosting mix

Blend muffin mix, 2 tablespoons milk, egg and vanilla. Spread in saucepan, 8 x 8 inches. In saucepan heat milk, butter, and frosting mix. When butter is melted, pour mixture over batter in pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
