12 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey

Beat well the eggs, add 1 cup of sugar and beat well, add the milk, the melted butter and the honey and mix well. With the other cup of sugar make sugar caramel and butter the pan well. Pour in the mixed ingredients and bake it for an hour at 350 degrees. Do not fill the pan too much because it raises a lot. Turn upside down onto serving plate.
