EASY PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Combine egg and vinegar and add enough water to make 3/4 cup. Add flour mixture to this. Roll out or refrigerate. Use for 2 crust pie only. (4 pies)
