2 c. Bisquick
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
8 8oz. feta or blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Mix together Bisquick, buttermilk and eggs and spread in pan.

2. Drizzle butter over mixture and sprinkle with cheese and salt.

3. Pour into greased 13"x9"x2" pan and bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

4. Cool 10 minutes and cut into 1" squares and then cut squares diagonally into halves. About 4 dozen appetizers.
