HAM-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. julienne strips cooked ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/6 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cream

Cook green beans. In skillet heat (melt) butter. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are browned. Blend in flour, salt and mustard. Heat until mixture bubbles. Add milk and cream gradually, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling. Stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Mix in ham and beans. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is browned.
