Sour Apple Jello Shots

I did half in the fridge and half in the freezer. The difference is that they freeze faster in the freezer.

Placing jell-o shots into the freezer sets them faster, I believe that is what Baby k was trying to say. I have done this on multiple occasions for parties where we thought of them at the last minute. Two hours in the freezer, and your good to go! And also, A.J. is correct. Dependent upon the alcohol content, some liquors will freeze, I've noticed moreso with schnapps-grade liquors though. Bottoms up all! :-)

Freeze it? Won't that make it into ice?

Jello shots don't ice in the freezer!

Alcohol does not freeze Einstein.

 A.J. (Oregon) replies:
Einstein might have told you that the freezing point of an alcohol solution depends on it's concentration. Some alcoholic drinks 'can' freeze (or at least become slushy), especially in an extra cold freezer.
