SHERRILL FAMILY PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry yeast (rapid rise yeast for quick results)
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 c. flour

Soften yeast in water. Add sugar, salt, and shortening. Beat in flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth and satiny. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down. Spread dough on two 12 inch pizza pans. Top each crust with 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce, chopped peppers, chopped fresh mushrooms, sliced pepperoni, and 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425-450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
