1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 container Cool Whip (lg.)

Blend Oreos in blender (4-5 at a time). Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to crushed cookies. Blend pudding and milk in bowl for 3 minutes. Then fold all together in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and chill.
