1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate)
3 1/2 c. cold milk
12 oz. whipped topping
1 pkg. chocolate wafer (cream filled cookies) Oreo's, 1 1/4 lbs.

Crush cookies very fine and set aside. Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix pudding with the 3 1/2 cups milk in another bowl. Fold cheese mixture and pudding mixture together and add whipped topping.
