NO-FAT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. chocolate
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs lightly. Add brown sugar. Stir well until no lumps remain. Add flour. Mix well.

Melt chocolate over hot water in a double boiler. Add melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts to the first mixture. Spread evenly in a well buttered, 8 inch square pan.

Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 25 minutes. Cut in squares immediately after the brownies are taken from the oven and remove from pan to cool.

Makes 16 squares.
