CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. sweet cream butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qts. popped corn

In large saucepan melt butter. Stir in sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir and pour over popped corn in large roasting "turkey" pan. Stir caramel on corn until corn is covered. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
