1 c. shortening (2 sticks butter)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoons. Bake 350 degrees until brown. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
