SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix above ingredients together well. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator for 24 HOURS. Color will change.

Remove from refrigerator and roll in 3 equal rolls. Roll each one in foil and fold ends down good. Use fork to pierce holes in bottom of each roll.

Place rolls on broiler pan, pierced side down on rack so that the juice can run out while it bakes. 325 degrees, 1 1/2 hours.
