SUNNY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 c. potato slices
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. pimento strips

Coat potatoes with combined flour and seasonings. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Heat process cheese spread and milk over low heat; add green pepper, onion and pimiento. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes or until potatoes are done. 4 to 6 servings.
