SWEET AND SAUCY SPARERIBS 
3 lb. ribs

Marinade:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine and blend ingredients for marinade. Place ribs in dish and pour marinade over. Let ribs stand in marinade for at least 2 hours. Grill or cook in 325°F oven for approximately 1 hour covered, removing foil for last 20 minutes. Heat marinade to boiling. Let cool briefly and serve with ribs.
