THREE LAYER JELLO 
1 lg. box orange jello
1 lg. box lemon jello
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. can pineapple, drained
1 lg. box pineapple jello

In 3 separate bowls mix the jello with 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water. Make sure the jello is completely dissolved. Pour orange jello in to a 9x11 baking pan and refrigerate until completely set. Once lemon jello begins to set, beat lemon jello with mixer until foamy.

Beat in Cool Whip. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in pineapple. Spoon on top of orange jello. Place in refrigerator to set, just a little bit. Top with last layer which is the pineapple jello. Chill for a few hours. Cut into squares and serve.
