TINY SHOO FLIES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
6 oz. cream cheese

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CRUMBS:

1 stick butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Makes about 5 dozen. Mix crust ingredients with hands to form pie dough. Make 60 small balls and press into bottom and sides of tiny muffin tins.

Beat filling ingredients into a syrup. Put 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon into each shell. Mix crumb ingredients with hands until crumbly. Cover each shoo fly with crumbs to the top of the tin and press into place. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from tins while still warm.
