APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced cooking apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
1 c. oats, uncooked
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter

Place apples in a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients; add melted butter, mixing with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
