SALMON LOAF 
2 cans salmon
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten

Combine salmon, bread crumbs, celery, onion and lemon juice and mix well. Combine eggs and milk and add salmon. Form in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
