POLKA DOT PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts (optional)
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 c. oil
2 c. All-Bran cereal
2 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips

Sift dry ingredients together; set aside. Beat egg until foamy. Add pumpkin, oil, cereal, and sugar; mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Add chocolate bits and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or so. Make 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan.
