“SPARKLING YULE PUNCH” IS IN:

SPARKLING YULE PUNCH 
1 quart sparkling cider
2-3 cups cran-raspberry or cranberry juice
1 cup strong black tea
1 cup orange juice (no pulp)
grated rind and juice of 1-2 lemons
Curacao or Marnier liquor (optional)
thin slices of orange, lime and/or lemon

Pour over a large block of ice in a punch bowl.

Boil 1 cup sugar with a half cup of water for 5 minutes; refrigerate until ready to serve. Use this syrup (optionally) to sweeten the punch to taste.
