COUNTRY BREAKFAST 
5 slices bread, cubed
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
1/4 c. melted butter

Place bread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Add meat. Beat eggs; mix with next 3 ingredients and pour in pan. Drizzle butter over entire mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until eggs are done.
