CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
16 oz. can creamed corn
3/4 c. milk

Melt butter. Grease shallow 1-quart casserole dish. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add dry ingredients and heat until just smooth. Stir in corn, butter and milk.

Pour into casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean. Yield 4-6 servings.
