SPINACH BAKE 
4 slices of bacon
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 c. parmesan cheese

Fry 4 slices of bacon until crisp. Immediately wind 3 slices to make curls, let cool. Crumble other slice. Combine frozen chopped spinach, sour cream, and onion soup mix. Spoon into greased one quart casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with bacon curls.
