SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
3 pkgs. chopped spinach, well drained 1 lg. yellow onion 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. breakfast cream 2 cans mushroom soup 1/2 pkg. cheddar cheese 2 lbs. shrimp, cooked In double boiler melt butter, saute onion, add flour, breakfast cream and spinach. Heat soup separately. (Do not dilute.) In a greased baking dish layer spinach, shrimp, soup, cheese, and repeat. Add a little extra chees as final topping. Bake in 350 degree oven until heated through and cheese is melted. Serves 6-8. |
