CROWD PLEASER POTATOES 
6 to 8 potatoes, boiled, peeled, and shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bunch of scallions (use green part only)
1 lg. container sour cream
Cheddar cheese, shredded

To potatoes, add soup, sliced scallions, and sour cream; mix well. Mix in 1/2 of Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake just until cheese on top melts.
