GINGERSNAP COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. molasses
2 egg whites
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. sugar

Mix 1 cup sugar, the oil, molasses and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
