SALAD WITH GREEN GODDESS
DRESSING
 
1 med. head lettuce
1/2 bunch watercress
1 c. very sm. white mushroom caps

Wash lettuce and watercress and pat dry. Break into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl. Wash mushrooms and add to bowl. Toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. coarsely cut green onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. coarsely cut green pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
3 anchovy fillets (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender, cover and blend 10 seconds on high, or until smooth. Serves 6.
