GRANDMA LEIGH'S MEATLOAF | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 2 eggs 1 c. dry oatmeal 1 c. milk 2 c. boiling water with 1 bouillon cube dissolve in it Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into loaf and place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour the bouillon broth in bottom of pan around the loaf. Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Fifteen minutes before it is done, cover top with ketchup and bake 15 more minutes. |
