DELUXE CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 egg yolks plus 2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. all purpose flour
Dash of salt, pepper, paprika
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Flatten chicken breasts, whisk egg yolks with water. Dip chicken breasts into egg yolk, roll in flour and crumb mixture. Brown chicken breasts in butter, both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

While baking prepared cheese sauce. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan; stir in 2 tablespoons flour. Slowly add 1 cup milk and cook stirring until sauce gets thick. Season with 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated.

Transfer chicken to hot serving dish. Pour sauce over. Garnish with green pepper strips or rings.
