SAUSAGE CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. or 2 sm. eggs
1/2-1 lb. country sausage
1 c. corn meal
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients together, then add eggs and buttermilk. Mix well. Fry sausage, drain and crumble. Put sausage in the bottom of a lightly greased square pan, pour batter over top and bake in a 400 degree oven until lightly browned on top.
