GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. minced green peppers
2 (3 oz.) pkg. liquid fruit pectin (Certo)
1/2 c. minced fresh hot pepper
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Few drops green food coloring

Blend all ingredients except fruit pectin in blender. Place in pan. Boil 6 minutes stirring frequently. Stir in fruit pectin - continue boiling 3 more minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat and skim off foam and put into sterilized jars and seal.
