LAYERED SALAD 
2 to 3 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 layer sliced cucumbers
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 to 1 1/2 c. Ranch dressing
1/4 c. bacon bits

Layer shredded lettuce in flat Pyrex dish, then a layer of carrots, celery and cucumbers. Spread Ranch dressing to cover; layer frozen peas. Do not cook peas, just thaw. Sprinkle on cheese, then bacon bits.
