ORANGE MEATBALLS 
BALLS:

1 lb. lowfat ground turkey
1/2 c. bran (oat or wheat)
Crushed clove of garlic
1 tbsp. tarragon, thyme or basil (herb of choice)
Fresh pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
1 can tomato bisque soup

Mix meatball ingredients together well. Form into small balls, about 20. Brown in large fry pan coated with non-stick spray, Pam-like. Mix orange juice and soup together. Pour over meatballs and simmer until hot about 20 minutes.

Serve hot over cooked rice or mashed potatoes. Most kids love these, to eat and to help make them. Serves 4-8.
