BACON & WATER CHESTNUTS 
2-3 cans whole water chestnuts
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. bacon

Wrap water chestnuts in 1/3 to 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Bake either in microwave or regular oven until bacon is crisp. A little less shrinkage in microwave.

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. mayo (Hellmann's)

Mix ingredients together over low heat until blended. Using a heat 'n serve dish, spoon sauce over water chestnuts and bake 45 minutes at 250 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
