1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange sections, drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel flake coconut

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill. Garnish a few of mandarin orange sections. If desired. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
