1 lemon cake mix
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. water
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix and all other ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.

Icing:

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter

Melt butter. Stir lemon juice and butter into powdered sugar. Mix until lemons are gone. Spread over cake.
