DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (warm)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in water. Combine in mixing bowl, cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form stiff dough, beating after each addition. Let rise until double in bulk.

Stir down; turn into greased 2-quart casserole. Let rise until light. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Brush with butter.
