HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion (chopped fine)
1 sm. green pepper (chopped fine)
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 lb. med. width noodles
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 c. tomato juice

Brown hamburger. Add onion and green pepper; drain excess fat. Cook noodles per instructions on box. Drain. Add noodles to hamburger. Mix tomato soup, mushroom soup and tomato juice with hamburger and noodles. Put in a 13x9 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated Longhorn cheese. Bake 1 hour (covered).
