SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained well
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Arrange sliced peaches in unbaked pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together until well blended, pour over peaches. Top with criss cross pastry. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes.
