1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch salt
2 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk (to make use 1 tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. milk)

Sift first 5 ingredients together. Make a hole in center of dry ingredients. Pour in butter, egg, vanilla and sour milk. Work in from center out. Pour into a greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for half hour to 45 minutes.
