HOLIDAY SWEET POTATOES 
2/3 c. sugar
3 lg. sweet potatoes, steamed
2 eggs
1/2 stick soft butter
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Steam sweet potatoes, mash with eggs, butter and milk. Put in buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole. Combine brown sugar, pecans, flour, butter and vanilla until crumbly. Place on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
