ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS 
3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced, unpared (about 4 sm. zucchini)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano or marjoram
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Grease a 13"x9"x2" pan. Mix all ingredients, but stir in zucchini last, then spread in pan. Bake until slightly brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 24 (2") squares.
